Australia Post Delivery Delays
Australia Post have advised of significant delays in delivering parcels to all metro areas and particularly in regional areas.
Customers in northern and western states should allow an additional 5 to 7 days for delivery, and an additional 3 to 5 days in other areas.
Australia Post are processing an unprecedented amount of parcels from increased online shopping, as well as implementing social distancing processes to maintain the safety of their staff and customers.
Qantas have stopped almost all domestic flights and this has reduced the freight capacity available. This means that more parcels are traveling by road than ever before with longer transit times.
Note that congestion in sorting parcels from the very high volumes also means you may see a delay in updates on the tracking of your parcel.
Change to Signature on Delivery
In order to minimise risks Australia Post has advised that all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection. Parcels will be left with Authority to Leave with a photo, where safe to do so. Please consider selecting Parcel Locker if needed.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on items. So please choose wisely when purchasing.
Please check size charts before purchasing.
However we do accept exchanges if the size doesn’t fit. We can happily change the size for you within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us and also for us to resend your new items to you.
Exchange items should appear to not have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must be in near new condition, including tags.

If your parcel got delivered by Australia post and wasn't collected (in a certain amount of days) and we tried to notify you via email and it was returned back to us. You will have to pay for the parcel to be resent back to you as we will not cover the cost for redelivered packages.
Will I need to sign for my parcel?
There is no signature required delivery service, so for your convenience, your order will be left in a safe location at the address if no one is home at time of delivery. This is usually directly into your letterbox, behind pot plants or over fences - anywhere that is hidden from street view and deemed safe by the driver! However if Australia Post doesn't think the location is safe they will take the parcel to your local Post Office and leave a card.
